School counselors collaborate with students, staff, families, and the community to provide a school counseling program that serves all students on their own level. Your school counselor provides a number of services based on the needs of the students, families, and staff in the Rome City School District. Some of these services include:

* Group counseling

* Individual student counseling

* Classroom guidance lessons on pro-social issues

* Consultant services for parents and staff

* Referrals to and consults with community agencies
